This five-star-rated Medicaid plan has a $0 monthly plan premium, a $0 deductible, and low or no copays for doctor visits, lab tests, hospitalization, and more. This plan is for qualified low-income families and for individuals.
For qualified children under the age of 19, this low-cost health insurance plan offers a $0 deductible and no copays for pediatrician and other doctor visits, lab tests, emergency care, dental, vision, hearing, and more. Monthly premium may vary based on income.
Our Marketplace plans offer everyday health benefits for families and for individuals under 65. There are various options you can choose from based on your needs and budget, including adult vision and adult dental care. (These plans are also called Qualified Health Plans or Healthfirst Leaf Plans.)
