Medicaid Managed Care & Personal Wellness Plans

NYRx Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Formulary

Beginning April 1, 2023, all Medicaid members enrolled in Healthfirst Medicaid Managed Care or Personal Wellness Plan will receive their prescription drugs through NYRx, the Medicaid Pharmacy Program. Search the list of drugs covered by the Medicaid NYRx pharmacy program in the above link.
