Presenting the Healthfirst Culinary Corner Featuring Celebrity Chefs
NEW YORK, NY, October 3, 2016 Healthfirst is proud to sponsor Circle of Sisters 2016 being held on Saturday, October 15 and Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Produced and hosted by WBLS-FM, HOT 97, WLIB-AM, and Emmis Communications, the annual two-day event—New York’s largest expo for women of color—features a star-studded list of speakers, celebrated authors, informative seminars, R&B and gospel concerts, and more than 300 exhibitors.
Healthfirst is the presenting sponsor of the Culinary Corner, hosted by WBLS/WLIB celebrity chef Nikki Shaw. Celebrity chefs like Melba Wilson and Pat Neely, and legendary personalities like John Salley, will grace the Culinary Corner stage to share their simple cooking techniques and provide delicious samples of their famous dishes, ranging from southern cuisine to vegan delights.
