Assistant Director of Medical Affairs, Charles B. Wang Community Health Center
Dr. Su Wang is a federally qualified health center which serves the Asian population in the greater NYC area. Dr. Wang directs the Center's hepatitis B activities, which include the Hep B Care program for infected patients, a HepB moms program, and community outreach and screening.
Dr. Wang trained in internal medicine and pediatrics at Georgetown University and has a Masters of Public Health from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She completed the Epidemic Intelligence Service fellowship at the CDC. Dr. Wang is a Clinical Instructor at New York University School of Medicine and is involved with community-based participatory research for their CDC-funded B-Free CEED program. Dr. Wang was a reviewer for the 2010 Institutes of Medicine “Hepatitis and Liver Cancer” report and is active in the NYC Hepatitis B Coalition and Viral Hepatitis Advocacy Committees.
Chief Medical Officer, Acacia Network
Dr. Collymore began his career at the Soundview Health Center in 2003. He became Medical Director of Soundview Health Center in October 2005. In March 2011, Dr. Collymore became the Chief Medical Officer of Basics/Promesa Systems, Inc., now known as Acacia Network.
Dr. Collymore is a proud alumnus of Howard University and a product of Howard’s B.S. – M.D. Accelerated Medical Program. In 2009, Dr. Collymore earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Focus in Health Care from George Washington University.
Dr. Collymore has received commendations from the New York State Senate and the Comptroller of New York City. He was named one of America’s Top Pediatricians and a Top 40 Under Forty Achiever by The Network Journal. Dr. Collymore is a member of the Clinical Committee of the Community Health Care Association of New York State and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Paul Rosenstock is the CEO and Medical Director of Doctors on Call, a medical network offering in-home Medical and Podiatric care to treat patients throughout the healthcare continuum focusing on homebound, chronically ill patients in the Greater New York area. Doctors on Call provides a collaborative “extra layer of care” to PCP’s, Managed Care Organizations, Certified Home Health Agencies, and Medical Home Networks.
Dr. Rosenstock has been a practicing board certified internist and geriatrician for over 30 years. He has held numerous successful senior management positions including Medical Director for Sephardic Home for Nursing and Rehabilitation, MedNet HealthCare Group, and CEO for Brooklyn Health Partners.

Ms. Wong has been Vice President of Managed Care & Clinical Business, since June 2009. She has attained high-ranking positions such as Vice President of Managed Care at New York Presbyterian Healthcare System, Inc., Senior Consultant of Healthcare at KPMG Peat Marwick, Assistant Vice President of Public Finance at Irving Trust Company, and Vice President of Special Projects at Cabrini Medical Center in New York.
Ms. Wong received her B.S. in Biochemistry at the City College of New York. In addition, she received her M.B.A. in Finance and M.P.H. in Healthcare Administration at Columbia University, Graduate Schools of Business & Public Health.
